Lost World Explorer Pass is subjected to the Terms and Conditions as specified by the Management of Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.

Lost World Explorer Pass will be considered void if terms & conditions are breached.

Lost World Explorer Pass is not applicable for travel agents and tour services.

Lost World Explorer Pass is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable in any part or whole. Pass types, entitlements and prices subject to change without notice.

Lost World Explorer Pass excludes activities/ events separately priced.

Park experiences and affairs will be modified/ changed and subjected to limited capacity or even closure.

The Management reserves the right to close Sunway Lost World Of Tambun venues, cancel events and activities and operation hours without prior notice.

Lost card(s) will be replaced at the fee of RM55.00 per card.

No cancellation will be allowed upon confirmation of purchase.

Card will be processed/ activated within 5 working days of sign up with full payment.Please present identification card for application purposes. Malaysian promotional rate for Lost World Explorer Pass only applicable for MyKad/ MyKid/ I-card/ Multiple Entry Visa.Available subscription is for 1 year only.

THE PETER PRINCIPLE VERIFICATION

Lost World Explorer Pass members must present original MyKad/ MyKid/ I-card for verification purposes during entry.Entry wristband(s) redeemed are valid for ONE-TIME ENTRY per day and is strictly non-transferable.

Guests should ensure their pass type is valid for park entry prior to entering to Sunway Lost World Of Tambun.

Weekends (Sat & Sun), (Public/ School Holidays, Tuesday during Public/ School Holiday): 10am – 11pm.

Weekdays (Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri): 11am – 11pm.
